So many issues trying to cancel . Send cancellation agreement to ABC financial the beginning of June. Now in November I just realized they been charging my card every month. Dealt with management and ABC financial via phone. Was informed to send agreement via email. A day went by no confirmation text called ABC financial again and was told they never received the email. This would be more stars but it seems not right that the name GOLDS doesn't inspire you to not have more than 2 flat benches and 1 incline. This establishment can do better
I just have to say I love this gym and its employees. It really seems like they want to see you succeed with your goals.
It is extremely frustrating to show up at 4:30am on a Wednesday (today) for my workout just to see the gym is closed. The number of times in the past year that this has happened is extremely unacceptable. If I'm a paying member and I have the motivation to show up to the gym at 4:30am in the rain and wind, not to mention during hours of operation, then Golds Gym better have the same motivation to inform their paying members when the business will be closed during normal business hours.
