Solid gym and nice sauna when it’s working. I asked the guy at the front desk today when the sauna will be working again and he said “I have no idea about that” ok then…maybe you could ask your manager or something. A little customer service goes a long way.

Golds in general had the worst customer service! They don’t process cancelation forms accurately, which then leads to charges to customer that should not happen. And when you call to get it fixed, they don’t believe you, are super rigid about it! They don’t understand if you’re going through a difficult time financially or otherwise. Typical golds. Best thing about this place is the staff. But there's just not any updated equipment and there's way too much room for so little options. Upgrading the "Hoist" branded machines for better options would be phenomenal. Getting rid of some of the wasted space for more leg press machines, more fly machines, and just better options in general would be amazing. But, remember you're only paying like $50/mo so I guess this is what we get.

So I’ve been a member of Gold’s Gym for sometime and this is my home location and I’ve never had more of a friendly face front desk in the morning as Brittany has been She always has a smile on her face. She’s always greeting people by name. She is truly a pleasure to see every morning.. Also Harrison is the bomb !
