Great home town gym. Equipment is clean and staff is friendly.
The owner fired an 8 1/2 month pregnant staff member at the Aiken Gold's this week. Disgusting. Who will hire her in that condition? How is she going to provide for her and her baby? What if the stress of no income sends her into labor and affects the baby? At least let her have the maternity leave. Oh that's right - that's not management's problem. Shaun is inhuman.

Golds gym has helped me build my self confidence and I’ve lost a total of 42 pounds in about 7 months just by working out. I love golds gym because it’s a clean work out environment and non judge mental. Always have friendly staff as well!
Kristi’s body pump class on T/Th at 5:30-6:30pm is the bomb!!! Must try it!!! She kicks your booty, but it’s awesome!!!
love the place, but the equipment needs some maintenance. some of the rubber grips are either torn, broken, or non existent on many of the machines.
