Love this gym, has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. Staff is kind and helpful. Special shout out to Leilah this gym’s personal trainer who helped me find alternative exercises while recovering from elbow injuries.

It has been many years, perhaps decades, since the last visit to a Gold's Gym, so the concept had faded to some degree from memory. Arrival was at approximately 17:44 Central Standard Time (CST).
