Love the new Hyrox performance hub, one of the best gyms in DFW
Went to give this gym a try for the first time at 5 AM this morning but sadly no one showed up to open the doors. I, along with many others, waited for a while. But after 50 minutes I decided to leave. Bit of a bummer because the gym looked promising with its decent equipment and spacious, clean facilities. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but past reviews suggest that this isn’t the first time they’ve had issues. Friday, May 30. We are very glad to hear that the staff takesrest daysvery seriously — so seriously that no one bothered to show up to open the place at the scheduled 5 AM time. I, along with a growing group of pissed off, stood outside for over an hour -- I guess we are idiots for waiting that long. At any rate, no notice, no staff, no explanations — just a masterclass in how to waste your customers' time.
