Edit: the crowd is less now. The equipment is still great! However, the restroom area needs to be improved! I am a member of Gold's Gym in the DFW area since 2018, and i hate to give a critical review of this gym, but something that happened today prompted me to post this review. I started going to this location since the one in Richardson is now closed permanently. Honestly, one of the best gyms in Dallas. Equipment is phenomenal and never out of order. I highly recommend this gym location with the caveat of avoiding this place during peak hours. That would be from 4:30-8:00. It's such a great gym that it has plenty of members and I really hope this gym grows in to a bigger space in the near future.
Been a member for a few weeks. They are supposed to open at 5am on weekdays but I showed up this morning at 6:20am and gym was closed. No sign in the door and no answer when I called. How is this acceptable? Several other people waited outside in their cars before leaving. Also, now that I’m here leaving a review—the showers are pretty bad. Clean enough, but 50/50 chance you’ll get hot water. I’m going to have to look for another gym.
