Rude manager
I work in customer service so I have a standard when it comes to service and the employees are at the bottom level of it. They literally have one job, say HI. Instead they continue to conversate with each other and they rarely acknowledge me when I leave. I've been a member since the beginning and the staff has always been like this. Canceled my membership immediately today. Manger was disrespectful and condescending attitude towards customers. Tends to cuss at me and proceeds to say “ I cuss all the time”. I didn’t insinuated the cussing so I should expect the same respect when being talked to. Horrible customer service, no empathy just a big ego.
The plants need some major TLC, it’s also gotten pretty dusty and dirty most recently. Front desk argues with customers.
It was our first time at this gym wanted to try it out but the lady at the front desk was so mean she say that it was only for locals and that we have to have an ID from USA that prove that we lived here!!! We told her we live in Mesquite and that we had our passports and she didn’t take them, RIDICULOUS NEVER COMING AGAING lady was from the morning shift on Sundays
