Equipment is up to date with plenty of options to train your whole body
I wake up every Sunday at 6:30am and take my pre workout looking forward to going to the gym. I have church at 8 and the gym opens at "7" so 30 minutes is sufficient time for me to workout and shower and to get ready for church. Every couple times a month the worker would show up 5 to 10 minutes late and thats fine by me because i know things happen. Let me tell you....today was the worse. I'm am current member of golds gym but have issues with the management that runs the establishment. First off it is hard to get in touch with the owner of Golds. When I mean hard, I don't mean I can't find his email, I mean that it takes him forever to response or he doesn't even respond back. Second, all the gyms amenities that are offered or being implimented only benefit the owner of the facility. Bad customer service. Join any other gym but this one, they will take money out of your account even after you cancel your membership and refuse to refund it. Some of the worst customer service I have seen.
Do NOT sign a contract with Golds Gym. I was once a Rush member but when they sold to Golds I had moved away. I called to cancel and every time I asked to cancel they put me on hold and either never answered or sent me to a voicemail. Finally I got in touch with a store manager who told me I cannot cancel on the phone. After some anger she told me I could call corporate and they would let me cancel. great staff and great facility
Rude employees, poor service, and mediocre equipment. Plus a basic membership gets you very little, but they still add unapproved charges to my account.
My wife and I had a gym membership for about a year and a half and had a good experience. We cancelled the membership, signed the paperwork and are now receiving daily calls from bill collectors. We had auto bill pay until we cancelled. The separation process has been a nightmare. Get your membership at LA fitness, Sport and Health, Planet Fitness or somewhere else. AVOID GOLDS TO AVOID PROBLEMS ON THE BACK END.
good gym but seems like more women r on peds then men. kind of intimidating when one woman's shoulders and arms were bigger then most men's and her acne was horrible make sure u wipe down the equipment after these women
