This place is more of a museum than a regular gym! That being said you will break your personal records in weightlifting here.
Scammed out of money, hundreds of dollars. Word of mouth and contract apparently do not match for personal training, and I am being punished for it. DO NOT recommend if you care about your finances.
Do not use Gold's Gym. Customer service is terrible. Filed a complaint for an unauthorized withdrawal after cancellation and have received little in the way of help.
Complete weight room, clean facility, variety of aerobic equipment and fruendly, helpful staff members.
Awesome gym if you like being in an environment where you're surrounded by others who are serious about their training. No pool/steam/sauna - or as they say at gold's, "p$&@y s#*t."
Wow, impressive gym. Huge selection of equipment and space to workout. Locker room is clean; only issue is the gym equipment (and members) are upper body focused, could use more leg equipment
They do not have a swimming pool and they do not have all day hourly classes. You have to drive to Farragut for that.
