Love how constantly they clean and sanitize
There are much better choices in the area. Gym is poorly run. Much of the equipment is either obsolete, has ratty upholstery that needs recovering, or is not fully operational. Staff could be better.
Lift outside shirtless. You can do a full body workout there. Come inside and enjoy the rugged nature of metal and humanity. The only competition is the person in the mirror. 💪🏾
