Angel was amazing! The personal training session was a 10/10. We focused on chest, and he introduced me to new workouts that I can add into my routine. He also went over my BMI with me and helped me understand what areas I need to work on moving forward. The session was motivating, informative, and definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Angel was super helpful when I came in for a trial and when I came back the next day, he also helped me with the membership part!! This gym is clean!
Every morning there is a tone deaf clown who screams his music at the top of his lungs. Everyone in the gym is uncomfortable and annoyed, it’s louder than my noise canceling headphones can block out. Staff does NOTHING about it. This gym is for everyone, please fix it.
