3/5 ⭐️ I’ve been coming to this gym for about two years now. The dim lighting creates a great atmosphere, and the facility is nice and generally very clean. The community and members here are awesome. I noticed they recently updated some photos online, but I really hope they consider updating and adding to the equipment lineup soon. The gym could definitely benefit from an additional seated cable row and a few more plate-loaded back machines or free weights to help during peak hours. Super rude management. They also cant keep the lights on and its a leak in the ceiling every other day. Machines broke constantly. Will do very scummy stuff to make money because no one comes here anymore. Will probably be out of business within a couple years
I visit this golds when I'm in Houston on work trips. The staff is great and the facility is very nice. Machines and benches are generally in good condition. The lower body/plyo room is huge and very well equipped with many squat racks/platforms and even more niche machines like pendulum squats. The cardio equipment has the latest tablets so you can even watch streaming apps if desired. I would definitely choose this golds if I lived in the area.
