The class instructors are great- encouraging, friendly, and knowledgable. The atmosphere is very accepting (the reception area and the classes). I've never had any trouble inviting a guest for free to try out the classes. Their equipment is well used because the gym has been established here for a long time, but it's all very usable and they do update when they feel it is necessary.
Has to be the worst gym in Maryland. Broken machines, dated as if that wasnt enough. They will also try to bring forth legal action for no contract membership agreements. they are notorious for trying to blood bond you to the gym after youve realized its hot garbage. Staff were cool, besides Carl, the literal manager
total crap job of a gym. So small, Very poor quality machines and hours for the price. Dont even bother if you plan on working out as late in the night as 8pm.
I enjoy the classes, the equipment and people that train and work there; especially Karl who’s always supportive and gives excellent feedback !
