The worst gym in MD
It's all right, definitely showing its age in places and definitely in need of some updating. A lot of the machines are really starting to show their age even though they work perfectly fine. The only thing that I saw as unexcusable is that there were only two adjustable flat benches for dumbbells. They had a few stand-alone upright benches, but they should all just get thrown in the trash and buy some adjustable flat benches to make it easier.
