Solid gym but certainly needs a t-bar chest supported row and plate loaded chest press machines
Defiantly a great place. Great GYM80 equipment. Music is just right. The manager Vincent and Jerry are insanely helpful. Would definitely recommended.
Great gym and great atmosphere! I’ve tried other gyms and nothing compares to golds gym. The gym has great lighting and is always clean. I appreciate the CrossFit area and the different types of equipment that they offer. The staff is always friendly and greets me every time I walk in.
