The only good thing about this gym is the staff. They’re nice and friendly, but man….how is it that 4 of the 11 treadmills have been broken for over 6 months now?? And the sauna’s been out of order for nearly 2 months plus other machines busted for 3 months or more?? I asked of the employees at the front desk when the machines will be fixed. He said there are only 2 repairmen that serve all of Austin. I call bs. The Golds at Highland will have a guy fix a machine in 1-2 weeks max, but their stuff has been broken for half a y... read more
This is the only golds gym that refuses to update any of their equipment. They have a bench and barbells set up for hip thrusts and you have to Jimmy-rig a set up. UPDATE YOUR EQUIPMENT!! Nobody re-racks their weights here. It’s gotten so bad.
Hope the sauna gets fixed soon, along with various equipment and clocks
