I would honestly rather go to Planet Fitness than come back to this location. The gym itself was fine, and I never really had an issue with the facility, but the customer service was a completely different experience. The employees, managers, and staff were rude and unhelpful. I called the gym because I needed assistance, and the receptionist someone whose job is literally to provide customer service hung up on me while I was trying to get help. Super unprofessional. My favorite Golds Gym.
Love the equipment but the team sucks. The guy at the front this morning made it feel like I was a bother when I let him know that I had lost my membership card. He checked me in but did not offer another card or tell me about the app. I had to do all of that, and each sentence I spoke was met with a smug attitude and he would look at his phone and then at me, as if I was keeping him.
