Cancelled my membership and credit card it was attached to five months ago, and I'm still getting slammed with fees and late charges. They even turned it over to a collections agency . This place is garbage. Now the only working out I'm doing is on my credit. Thanks A holes.
They charged me a late fee when i had money in my account.Went in they took it off ,then 2 days later i got another late fee.When i called and asked they would take t off because they said they can only take it off once.SO now I'm stuck with a late fee i should have that they refuse to take off because they took it off once because they were in the wrong .makes no sense .They really just want your money here.reading other reviews has shown me this.
Was a member at this owner's Briargate location. That location was evicted on 11/7/2011. The owner however kept billing his 6000 briargate members after the eviction. Now when you call the phone number we were given to get our money back, no one answers and the voice mail is full. If you decide to give your money to this owner, go in with your eyes open of how he's treated people in the past. Do your research at the BBB and with the Attorney general. My advice is stay away unless you do not have any other option.
