I wish I could give less than 1 star. Gold’s told us (two days after the billing cycle) that they were closing the West Edmond location...in 5 hours. After announcing the closure of their east location two weeks prior, they are now reopening east and closing west. Which doesn’t work for our family. After asking to cancel, they informed us the contract states we pay $100 each to cancel our contract. So we pay $200 because they are closing their gym. No manager help. No corporate help. Poor communication and terrible customer service. Was supposed to be on a "freeze" during the closure, but Golds keeps drafting my account. I joined a locally owned gym instead.
