Love the GRIT small group classes. If you are looking to break a serious sweat fast, do the classes. They are extra, but a great workout.
Good gym for the $. Bring own music unless you love Journey, Foreigner, Kenny Loggins, etc. Gym staff is nice.
Plenty of weights and cardio machines. There is a separate women's workout room for those wanting a little more privacy.
The $2 protein bars are a great way to start your workout
Best fitness classes in town at Gold's Gym Peoria!
Don't try to go after 5 pm from Jan. 1 to about the middle of Feb. New Years Resolutioners pack the place.
Apparently healthy pools ^ doesn't realize Gold's doesn't have a swimming pool
Try out the Body Jam class with Sasha on Friday nights at 5:30pm and Monday's at 6:30pm. It's a really fun workout and you'll definitely break a sweat!
