Gym itself is great and general staff is very nice. The childcare sucks so bad!!!! There was an old lady who just sat on her phone while my kid cried for half an hour. I only found out since another gym staff member came to get me saying he had been crying since i started my workout. Firstly, why arent you calling my phone as soon as theres an issue like you said you would? When I came to childcare the lady there straight up lied that he "just started crying." As a trucker that likes to be fit and has to make sure I keep a healthy standard I have been too many gyms from state to state with all types of machines and environments; THIS IS THE BEST gym I have ever been too.
