Gigantic incredible Golds Gym in the heart of Islip!Plenty of parking and amazing facility that will accommodate everyone! Largest inventory and equipment with 35 meter pool
Love the facility. Staff is nice. but I mostly go for my amazing trainer! Josh is incredible and will keep you motivated! he is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me improve my form and get stronger!
This gym needs new management, needs to fix broken machines, needs to clean the entire gym (bathrooms, machines and free weight area), and needs to adjust its pricing not worth it for what they provide.
