The new Spinning class “the trip” was amazing. This class literally takes you on a virtual ride. Can’t wait to do it again.
After I retired I made a commitment to get in shape . I tried numerous local gyms but many were disappointing. Gold’s gym was a surprisingly positive experience . For the first time I am motivated to go to the gym. The equipment is first rate , the staff treat you as a family member. The other members are welcoming . Pete in my personal training sessions provided the appropriate level of support and challenge to move my exercise routine to a higher level.
