I love Body Pump Classes and the stairmaster is my best friend!
This is the first time I train in this gym and I am very disappointed. The place is very dirty, the machines are old and there is little option, there is no trainer in the fitness room to give any type of orientation and without wifi. Definitely the price of the monthly payment does not worth...�
I try to take advantage of all classes that golds gym offers.
