Good gym facility with a great price. However if you are a parent trying to utilize the gym daycare you might want to consider a different gym. Little kids require eyes on attention at all times ,which the kid club workers fail in here fail to provide. They are unable to resolve conflict in between children that is very normal with toddlers that are still learning their social skills. Every poor review here is about canceling memberships. I emailed back in February that I need to cancel my membership due to work schedule changes. My account was paid up and I even paid an additional $200 for five days of personal training that I never used, nor did I ask for it to be refunded. WATCH THESE GUYS! I had a membership here snd cancelled my membership before I moved. They did NOT cancel my membership as requested and continued to charge me. Once I did get someone on the line to inquire about why they were charging me, the FINALLY stopped charging me but did not return the money they took from my account. They claim that they have no record of my cancellation.
Staff is rude and talk bad about the people working out and each other . Very outdated, they had super good trainers before the new owner. They treated them like shit so they all left . Devon was the best and Jonny . Not even one star!!! Very unprofessional and management are horrible. Go to worlds ...,
