I’ve been a member of Gold’s Gym in Richland, Washington for about four years, and this is the first time I’ve felt the need to leave a complaint. While working out alone in one of the larger rooms, a male trainer entered and, without asking or notifying me, began recording me on his phone. He appeared to be trying to hide that he was filming. WATCH THESE GUYS! I had a membership here snd cancelled my membership before I moved. They did NOT cancel my membership as requested and continued to charge me. Once I did get someone on the line to inquire about why they were charging me, the FINALLY stopped charging me but did not return the money they took from my account. They claim that they have no record of my cancellation.
