Gold's invented gyms. This one lacks strong management and has less than stellar customer service. Lots of machines have broken buttons or some parts do not work fully.

Never gonna recommend golds to anyone! Had to cancel my membership for some personal reason and called them and they said it was gonna be x amount of dollars, I said okay. I arrive at golds to sign papers and they lied to me and charged me extra fees that they didn’t tell me about and ended up paying double the amount.

they have all the equipment you could possibly need for training. if you have to abuse for injury or you just want to change up your workout.
There are so many options for classes! I love that they have a variety of early morning ones as well. Great teachers and trainers too!

I like to go early morning before everyone gets there
I don’t know if it was the time of day, or what. But the Kennewick gym seems to be quieter than the Richland gym. I like that! However, the Richland gym is closer to home for me, so I’ll probably only use the Kennewick gym when I’m in that area for some other reason.
