The facility and classes are great and front desk associates always very friendly (even at 530am!). I can't fully rate the crowds as I only attended in the very early morning hours but if you are an early bird this is the place. Only a handful of people with plenty of room to exercise at your leisure. I had a small obstacle occur with my membership but once fully discussed, it was taken care of in a professional manner. Good place to join.
I had a good experience working out in there, that's why when Im in town, I'll always return, in my opinion it's a 5 $tar, U heard....
