I LOVE this gym! The staff are always so kind and welcoming, they will answer any question & show you how to work the machines. They treat us like friends and I look forward to seeing and talking to them whenever I go in. Gold's also has the best equipment and the take care of it so that it all stays up & running. If your looking for a gym, stop in and check it out. You find any better!
I vist this gym when I stay in Rainbow City on business. As a guest I have always been treated just like any other member and that isn't always the case when you visit gyms on a hotel pass. These folks have always made me feel at home. If I lived anywhere near this gym I would join for sure. Oh, and they have anything you need to get your workout no matter if you're a body builder, or a cardio bunny. Great place.
I'm there 5 mornings each week. Wouldn't know how to start the day without it. And it's like family there.
Really nice staff, they were really out going and not full of themselves. Real positive atmosphere
