I loveeeeee Gold's Gym :) everyone is really nice and helpful, the other day the hot water in the women's room went out and the manager was really nice about it and gave me great customer service. Although, it has been over 3 months since the steam room was up, I still appreciate this gym. Just hope this minor issue is fixed soon! :D
Only Aiken gold manager would tell you that you're not allowed to jump rope and military press. Craziest thing I heard all day but doesn't surprise coming from him.
I'd give it zero stars if at all possible. Canceled our membership about 6 months ago and were told we were good to go. Well I just got a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying that we owe them $200 dollars because we didn't cancel in time. You guys are the worst!
I attended this gym for aproximately 8 years......If a piece of equipment breaks down , it may stay like that for 2 months. The lights went out in the locker once and a lamp was placed in there for a couple weeks. There is not enough parking for the members and you may get scolded if you park in the new sign up parking spots.....There is just more wrong than right with this gym including owner personalities and then you have Larry Nelson. I have not heard one person have anything good to say about him in his role at this gym... read more
