Went this morning at 6:45. Lights off, doors locked. Apparently they have changed brands but didn't bother to even send an email to members letting us know not to bother getting up this morning. Typical customer service with this group.
Why is it Gold's in sandhills had 5 incline benches, its a much smaller gym and Gold's Lexington that is always over packed only had 2!?!?!
Golds is great! I can't believe people write reviews complaining about a TV not working. A treadmill is not a couch, you are here to work, not to be entertained! The staff here is great and they fix broken items in a timely manner.
Come see for yourself....results and a great experience is a definite, won't find a better gym...
Great gym... crappy service. They have over charged us twice putting us in a hell of a bind, and they act like they don't care. One time $250 next time, after the first time was settled and paid, when we thought it was over $720. I've had enough with this place. Your gym would be awesome if your corporate office gave a crap.
Some items have been broke for over a year. Don't seem to care about members needs at all.
