Yesterday I was driving home and heard a loud thump on the passengers side of my car. I thought maybe I hit a big rock. I stopped and got out only to found two pieces of my car on the road and my grill hanging down. Deer hair everywhere. I picked up the pieces and first thing this morning headed to Golds body shop. Jackie took the pieces and said let me see what I can do. One hour later he called me and said your car is ready. He was able to put all the pieces back together and it look like the new car it is. Fantastic customer service and great work! I spent a couple hours total in and around the shop. There was a positive attitude from all the folks I saw. The service here is far above what I have received from any automotive service company- and I am not easy to please. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. THANKS
Gold's Body Shop went *above and beyond* to make an unpleasant experience (having a fender bender) as painless as possible! They immediately provided an estimate, had it approved by my insurance, and made my appointment for service. My family has been going here for as long as I can remember. Always has had great customer service and they go out of their way to make sure the job is done and done right. Best place in town and only place I'll go.
