Gold&Rose in Burnaby (on North Road) is a wonderful jewelry store with very fair prices and outstanding service. They also do gold and silver repairs on-site, often while you wait. James, the jeweler, was exceptionally kind, professional and customer-oriented. He shortened my silver bracelet (which I didn't even buy in this store - I had purchased it overseas). Where to start? Across the board James and his team delivered unreal service. Working on the ring design with him was fun and engaging (Pun absolutely intended) and he took special care to keep things under budget. The ring itself is perfect and the craftsmanship put into it is first class. Amazing experience with this talented jeweller. I brought James a reference photo (that unfortunately did not include a side profile). He asked a lot of questions to narrow down exactly what I wanted. The process was very quick. After approving the design, the ring was ready for pick up in 8 days. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy we found James! Thank you
