Where to start? Across the board James and his team delivered unreal service. Working on the ring design with him was fun and engaging (Pun absolutely intended) and he took special care to keep things under budget. Amazing experience with this talented jeweller. I brought James a reference photo (that unfortunately did not include a side profile). He asked a lot of questions to narrow down exactly what I wanted. The process was very quick. After approving the design, the ring was ready for pick up in 8 days. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy we found James! Thank you
