While I was driving my phone messed up, so I pulled into their Culver City main headquarters parking lot to re-set my directions safely. Within SECONDS a Karen came out of the building and stood by my driver window, and once I rolled it down told me “you can’t park here, this is private property we have signs posted everywhere” in the most accusatory tone you can imagine. I would like to thank you for the amazing work and fast service. All workers are very kind and hard working. Maintenance was quick and efficient in fixing my leaky restroom and other things like the sink and running water it works great now. Happy with our new toilet. The repair team did a wonderful job with the dry wall and other fixtures in my apartment. Everything looks and works great. Excellent services and great communication. They are all professional and resolved the issues promptly I definitely recommend.
This place isn’t safe if your a woman they don’t respect nor investigate incidents management is unprofessional and uncooperative they push an agenda even if you pay on time threats of eviction when you voice your problems and concerns To get discriminated and told heard racial remarks directed by the woman sholeh peyman is wild lucky I have respect had it been different circumstances this would be a different headline
