G & K Monrovia Gardens Apartments Terrible management that don’t address concerns.They response with “sorry to hear about this” but do NOTHING. Do not follow legal procedures but claim to do so. Dont even look at complain files but claim they do. Goldrich Kest manages the San Diego Genesee Park property in which I live. The apartments get incredibly hot. Other than that the property manager, Helena Quindoy who’s employed, is horrific. I have informed Goldrich Kest and they seemingly do nothing about it. She tried to charge me hundreds more in rent than the listing. She almost got my car towed. She gave me the key to someone else’s mailbox. She left for a week with no notice or even an automated ”I’m out of office” response to incoming emails. She rarely is in her off... read more
This may be a good temporary place for newer residents. But for people like us who have lived here for decades it is a dump. My apartment hasn't been painted in over 25 years. The carpet hasn't been replaced in over 25 years, even though it has huge holes. My bottom floor apartment has been flooded numerous times from above, so the carpet has been wet numerous times, which means it's probably moldy underneath.
