Rosmery Aguila Marcilla booked a showing at our property. 0 communication. Did not show up. Waisted our time and energy removing our dogs from the property etc.. Bad business ethics. Do not recommend this company. Sellers, refrain from accepting showings unless confirmed over the phone.
One of the most disorganized and unprofessional real-estate closings I have experienced. GoldPen Title repeatedly circulated inconsistent settlement statements and closing documents, added significant charges late in the process, and removed them only after I objected. Signing times, notary instructions, closing dates, and funding status changed repeatedly. Documents described as “final” still contained errors.
