They never answer the phone. It's so hard to get an appt. Front staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. But when i have got an appt, The NP, that assisted me is nice and address my concerns.. Again it's really hard to get anyone in the phone!
Very bad service from the office staff. - they forget or misplace appointment time. - they put you on video call when doctor is not available - they promised you to call you back but never. when you go to the office they said that person is not in office. - they refer you to specialist who does not specialize the particular medicine. - they refer you to specialist who has already left the network. - they told you they will forward your email to the doctor but they did not. they are repeating not send message to Dr. Chen that... read more
Worst office management EVER! promised to call back, NEVER! referred me to the wrong doctor, I have to find out myself he is not office referral staff think he is. asked me to leave voicemail, NEVER call me back!

The office manager, Alice, has a very aggressive personality and it is quite uncomfortable. My experience today led me to file a complaint with the medical board. Avoid if you can.
