**completely agree with all the other negative reviews about his rude staff*** Dear Doctor Chen. You're office manager is playing games with your patients and will not allow us to speak with you so that we can pay you. Your office manager left me on hold for over 30 minutes each time I called so that I could pay you for services. Perhaps Dr. Chen isn't aware of the steady decline in the quality of service at his practice. Perhaps he's too busy opening new urgentcare locations. For the past couple of years I have been thinking of changing doctors because of his lack of interest in the poor service his patients receive. I hope he takes notice and makes some constructive improvements soon.
It was good at all. He doesn’t do anything when you ask for help.
