Zero accountability and terrible customer service from the management level. I filed a formal complaint regarding a highly unprofessional and rude optometrist (Dr. Ya Chen) who was dispatched to their CF Markville Mujosh location. The management’s response, handled by Assistant Manager, was completely defensive. Instead of addressing the doctor's hostile attitude, Goldnes hid behind the legal excuse that their doctors are "independent contractors" to dodge any corporate responsibility for the customer experience. Today I took my daughter for eye exam. Dr. Chan and front desk are great. Dr. Chan spoke in both English and Cantonese to ensure my daughter and I understand what she did for my daughter eye exam. Feel like home
