Terrible I read all the reviews and went with this company because of it. Not one thing went the way we had planned. We had to get another jeweler to fix their blunders. They have no communication between their workers. We tried to have a wedding band to go with an engagement ring my mother in law gave me. They forgot all about the engagement ring and created a ring that was great, but didn't go with the ring at all. Best Service EVER I couldn't be more happy with Gold'n Treasures if I tried. The process of designing my ring was time intensive, and I'd see a CAD picture of it and find something I didn't like. I felt terrible every time I asked for a change, but Todd & the team just smiled and encouraged me saying it was a part of the process. HONEST Diamond Seller Todd and his staff at Gold'n Treasures are truly one of a kind. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We learned so much about the diamond business and Todd actually encouraged us to take what we learned and go to other businesses. He was right! Love the staff and never felt pressured! Todd and his team are WONDERFUL to work with. Each time we've been in Todd and his staff have been very informative, honest and seriously fun!
