One of the worst managements out there, does not care about there tenants, made multiple complaints to their office regarding noise complaint from the illegal tenants residing in there building. Goldmont Realty should be ashamed of the status of some of their buildings, specifically in the Washington Heights area. It is not fair that we are paying upwards of almost 3k, to live in piss smelling elevators, leaky apartments with roaches, and disgusting vile stair cases. I’ve been trying for the past ~6 months to get help with serious maintenance issues in my building, and the lack of action has been unacceptable. I repeatedly reported problems affecting my apartment entrance, kitchen, and bathroom, including ongoing water issues coming from the unit upstairs (water being left running for long periods).
