These people got a circus in that office id have more chance contacting the president directly than anybody in that office, they do not care one bit and thats why im saturating the 311 line with complaints regarding this specific office… they do appointments for repairs and give ghost phones that nobody picks up

The worst company to deal with … to contact them is a nightmare
If negative stars were an option, Goldmont Realty would deserve them. This is by far the worst management company—do yourself a favor and avoid their properties. After being displaced for two years due to a fire caused by previously reported electrical issues, I was promised an apartment in better condition. Instead, due to their cost-cutting and unqualified contractors, the building remains in disrepair. It is filthy, with water leaks everywhere—a clear reflection of their negligence.
