I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. I simply asked the female employee for a price quote to remove three links from a watch. Instead of giving me a price, she took the watch and started working on it without my permission. When I asked for my watch back and refused to pay the initial $60 she quoted, she suddenly dropped the price to $50, then $40.
