I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. I simply asked the female employee for a price quote to remove three links from a watch. Instead of giving me a price, she took the watch and started working on it without my permission. When I asked for my watch back and refused to pay the initial $60 she quoted, she suddenly dropped the price to $50, then $40. Worst customer service, product was not as we agreed on. Wasted 4 hours on Christmas Eve for nothing
I came her to resize a watch. They took out too many links making it extremely tight and uncomfortable. I went back within an hour. HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE AGAIN TO FIX HIS MISTAKE. THE WORST. ROBBERY. UPDATE: I CALLED THEM AND REQUESTED A REFUND. THE OWNER WENT OFF ON ME SO GROSSLY. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO MORALS.
