they give less that 1 hour notice before entering your apartment with a key. They don't respect their tenants enough to give the typical 24-hour notice, they send a quick email 50 minutes to an hour in advance and then just waltz right into your apartment with the key. Completely disrespectful to anyone who lives in their buildings.
I have been a tenant with them for several years now. I always knew they were the budget choice. Last few years, they have transitioned to full on slum lord. They raise the rent year over year to "match market value". Actually check the market value and you will find they are just increasing to make more money. In addition to the rent, they removed the benefit of covered utilities. So now we have to pay utility cost for the WHOLE BUILDING split between the tenants. Tanya American Horse, has been here at Stonebridge for 6 years. SHE deserves YOUR attention and SHOULD be looked at as having Managerial Positions. Tanya is a ray of sunshine with such a strong positive attitude. I know that before her job starts, she is going through parking lots, for any signs of unauthorized/unacceptable activity.
