We are new to Goldmark and so far are really loving our new place, new flooring and finally after 10 plus years of sharing laundry facilities I am able to have my own washer dryer. Also quiet building . So happy to call it homeÂ
buildings are fine but please omg i have a bone to pick with the ac here. it is 81 degrees in my apartment at 10pm and the ac has been on for hours with all the windows closed. as my rent increases, i feel as if i should have some better air circulation. also i was supposed to get new blinds on my windows but the guys never came back. canât wait to have to pay to fix the blinds that literally got taken from meÂ
The reviews are true. Goldmark increases rent with very poor property management in management of the properties. First storm, icy everywhere, they failed to put enough salt down and it is very slippery. Just waiting for a fall to sue. Took the front steps out way to late in the year. No common sense. Weed smell. Dirty. I understand rent increase but you better handle the property. You need to send notice on any and all repairs and when the water is turned off. Iâve been with Goldmark for almost 8 years now. We were with Sierra ridge for 5 of the years. Loved the management before they left. Only complaint was neighbors and who took over as management (sheâs atleast gone now) But weâve been at pebble creek for a couple years now. Love my neighbors. Great, quiet, friendly people. But man, the management and maintenance is non existent. Since we have moved in, we havenât had buzzer access.
