goldmark c/o rentcafe are making adjustments to payments made on tenants accounts without the tenants authorization to pay that amt. Not authorized payments adjusted by rentcafe with tenants knowledge, have contacted bank and attorney general.
4 months and counting for my door buzzer to be fixed with no estimate on a fix timeline
landlord is making us pay a $300 fee for a late notice of moving out. i emailed them on 6/16 informing them we would not be renewing after august 31st. they said that i needed to give them that information by july 1st but i literally have the email to prove it. don’t rent from goldmark in bismarck, ever. they are pure scammers and continue to increase the prices on rent but the quality of the buildings get more horrible by the year.
Landlord lets herself in without tenant awareness or consent and KICKS CATS. Do not rent from this company.
