The reviews are true. Goldmark increases rent with very poor property management in management of the properties. First storm, icy everywhere, they failed to put enough salt down and it is very slippery. Just waiting for a fall to sue. Took the front steps out way to late in the year. No common sense. Weed smell. Dirty. I understand rent increase but you better handle the property. You need to send notice on any and all repairs and when the water is turned off. Nice place to live, but I asked once my lease was up to do a month-to-month lease until the end of the school year so my daughter won’t be uprooted in the middle of it and they would not allow me to even had the VA Willing to pay my rent
