Nice place to live, but I asked once my lease was up to do a month-to-month lease until the end of the school year so my daughter won’t be uprooted in the middle of it and they would not allow me to even had the VA Willing to pay my rent
We are new to Goldmark and so far are really loving our new place, new flooring and finally after 10 plus years of sharing laundry facilities I am able to have my own washer dryer. Also quiet building . So happy to call it home
buildings are fine but please omg i have a bone to pick with the ac here. it is 81 degrees in my apartment at 10pm and the ac has been on for hours with all the windows closed. as my rent increases, i feel as if i should have some better air circulation. also i was supposed to get new blinds on my windows but the guys never came back. can’t wait to have to pay to fix the blinds that literally got taken from me
The reviews are true. Goldmark increases rent with very poor property management in management of the properties. First storm, icy everywhere, they failed to put enough salt down and it is very slippery. Just waiting for a fall to sue. Took the front steps out way to late in the year. No common sense. Weed smell. Dirty. I understand rent increase but you better handle the property. You need to send notice on any and all repairs and when the water is turned off.
