I have called the office multiple times this week attempting to speak with the property manager, and each time I’ve been told she is unavailable or out of the office. I have made repeated efforts to communicate and have been unable to get a response regarding my concerns. This lack of communication has made it difficult to resolve the issue.
Rent is WAY to high for how small it is and on top of that they will completely screw you out of your security deposit.
It is a shame that Goldmark is as prevelant as they are in the Bismarck area. I was incredibly impressed with the Fargo Goldmark, but the Goldmark properties here are a huge disappointment. They did not show any care for their tenants. Nearly everything was neglected (i.e. minimal/no snow removal, broken door locks, nonfunctional call buttons, unresponsive staff, etc.).
