It is a shame that Goldmark is as prevelant as they are in the Bismarck area. I was incredibly impressed with the Fargo Goldmark, but the Goldmark properties here are a huge disappointment. They did not show any care for their tenants. Nearly everything was neglected (i.e. minimal/no snow removal, broken door locks, nonfunctional call buttons, unresponsive staff, etc.). Wow!!! I am reminded of the pre consumer protection regulation days of big banks. Just found out I have been charged multiple late fees a month, yes you read that right two late fees in a single month with no notification. A bill is never sent out for rent but I know the amount and send it in on time every month. So for months they have been adding $40 on the 1st for a late fee and another $40 on the 15th.
