This company is horrible they have gone through 3 different managements now at the apartment complex my mom stays. They are trying to cheat her saying she hasn’t paid her rent when she has and all the proof is kept on receipts. Now they wanna take her to court. Her apartment flooded and they they told her they would put her in a different one in the meantime but they never did. She had to put herself in a hotel. I've got a 7 day notice to "pay rent or quit". I am disabled veteran trying to make ends meet, I have good credit history and I pay all my bills on time. my lease started in the middle of the month and they wanted a whole months of rent during the eviction which violates the contract since i did not stay the whole month.
