Couldn't get a refund on bracelet that was bought as a gift for my partner as a gift 48 hours prior. I was ensured i could exchange for a different size if it didn't fit. They didn't have a smaller size in stock of this particular item. Refused to give my money back. Claiming "you wouldn't ask Bunnings to refund you for a piece of wood that has been cut to length."
