My back feels like it has a hot prong stuck in it and this so called specialist says he sees nothing is wrong with it.
Extremely long wait for referral (6 weeks). Once I arrived he looked at my imaging and started to explain my condition to me like I was just diagnosed yesterday (it was 10 years ago). I stopped him and explained that I have had every test known to man, including a discogram. He asked if I had the discogram study, I did. After reading it he basically told me I had 2 options...ALIF or some blood injection that isn't covered by insurance and would run me $1300 per treatment out of pocket. I LOVE THIS GUY ! He is very personable ,very straightforward and explains what is going on with you and your condition. I have been going to him every year for about 4 years now (to keep a watch on my condition to make sure there are no changes :-) )
Dr Goldman was my top choice among several other Neurogical surgeons I visited prior to surgery. An orthopedic dr diagnosed it after my chiropractor, but since my spinal chord was involved, it seemed wise to seek the best. I was not disappointed, 17 months later all is well and I’ve learned new habits to prevent any new damage
I honestly think he has saved my mom's life. The care and skill is superb.
I like Dr. Goldman very much and would definitely go to him again for my spinal condition. I had a MRI done and took the results to him to look at because i had been told that it possibly looked like I had cancer of the bone.This scared me so bad that I went into panic mode. When he came in he was very nice and checked my MRI and told me that it was not cancer and assured me iveould be ok. I had been to him several times been before in the past and will go back in further if needed.
This doctor is rude and abrupt. I went to him and essentially he gave me 8 words. Dismissed me and left the room. No chance to.ask questions or understand what he meant. This doctor is not about the patient it's about the money and if he doesn't want to talk to you he won't. He doesn't realize who is paying him. Don't go to him fimd.another doctor.hes not the only one in town.
Dr Goldman is great. He is extremely knowledgeable and puts his patients needs first. I would never trust anyone else with my family or myself. If you don't use him as your surgeon, then maybe YOU should get your head examined.
