I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Dr. Goldman is a wonderful and talented surgeon. He is professional, respectful, and honest! He was very resourceful and reassuring. I have nothing but positive things to say about him, his practice, and his responsiveness to me before, during, and after my wisdom teeth were removed! His staff is absolutely amazing! The ladies who work the front desk and the ones helping him with patient care couldn't have been sweeter. They were helpful, attentive, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous.
