I'm currently renting a unit from an owner who has been very unresponsive. I reached out to Goldleaf, and they were incredibly helpful. They took the time to listen to our concerns, explain the situation, and help us communicate with the landlord and took care of everything for me, which made the entire process so much easier. The realtor’s name was Fawzia, she was being so understanding, patient, and supportive throughout everything. We truly appreciate all of your help!

GoldLeaf neglectfully withdrew condo fees from my account after I sold the property. Every time I call, they recognize that they owe me the money, and say it will be sent the following Monday (which is their supposed financial processing day). The Mondays come and go, and nothing is transferred. I have no choice but to leave a 1-star review to see if this will catch their attention.
GoldLeaf manages my condo property. They did a great job of getting the financial details organized following years of poor management by our previous property managers. They are generally responsive and communicative. It's been good working with GoldLeaf.
Horrible services lack of knowledge and respect to their clients . Been waiting for 6 months to get the roof repaired . Bunch of fake promises . Water leak caused more damage than when it started with a simple water leak . I bet half of those reviews are fake / employee reviews ! They are horrible . Stay away .
