Nely, Allison, Laura and Yater were all very professional, friendly and helpful...and I appreciate Dr. Goldklang being gentle. My dog, Zorro was extremely happy to have me home in time for his dinner.
Wendy’s was very helpful kind and absolutely wonderful. She thoroughly explained and answered all the questions I had regarding insurance and procedure.
They have the process dialed. Their staff is incredibly friendly and competent.
I was referred to Dr.Robert Goldklang for a routine screening colonoscopy, which I had done in February 2024. As it was a recommended, age-based preventative screening, my insurance would cover it at 100%. When I received the Explanation of Benefits, I saw that every provider involved in the procedure (Anesthesiologist, etc) had billed as routine EXCEPT for the surgeon, Dr.Goldklang, who billed as DIAGNOSTIC and I received a bill for $3,600.
