I been a patient for over ten years lately I have to wait for over two hours to see her again I have appointment but when I complain she dropped me as a patient without knowing she is not my dr any more thru my pharmacy refills sad what unprofessional act
Dr. Golding is always in a rush. Her staff is rude. I have been going here for years, but she seems to just rush all the time and not discuss much. It's time to change offices. Difficult to get appointments as well.
I love Dr. GOLDING SHE'S a very caring doctor. She always takes the time talk with you and answer questions you have concerning your health. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.
With primary care physicians being numerous, you should go somewhere else. Dr. Goldings staff is BAD, I had to reschedule an appointment after waiting for an hour (I was ten minutes late and I've been coming here for many years) and the nurse came out and was so rude about it. I told them I needed to think about changing offices. I'm now out of meds and they won't see me to help, so not only are they rude but they could care less about you. Dr golding needs new staff.
Dr. Golding is a good physician who has provided me solid care in the past; however, I am unhappy with her unprofessional communication style and inflexibility. I made an appointment for a physical (and pap smear), and rather than simply telling me that this is not Dr. Golding's area of specialization, the receptionist awkwardly made an appointment with me over the phone (rather than referring me), and then turned me away when I was 15 minutes late, citing that "physicals are especially tricky."
I saw the P.A Mark today because I could not get an appointment with Dr. Golding. He did not listen to my needs or symptoms and wrote an rx for Naproxen. I lost a day of work and $75 copay for Aleve!!!! I have a history of migraines that result in photosensitivity, nausea, and debilitating pain. Again: Aleve was his answer to my pain. As if a migraine sufferer has not already tried that!!!! I am not certain that Dr. Golding would have made the same choice, but her P.A. is not worth seeing.
Saw Dr Golding for the first time in Sept 2015 and again in Jan 2016 for my annual wellness appointment. She is a kind, caring and professional Dr. She listens to what you have to say and answers all questions. She spent ample time with me. I am proud to know Dr Golding and will continue to see her as my primary care doctor.
