Considering you require operators, why would you not respond to Client's whom are constantly trying to apply for the same position? Continually, my partner has applied for a position here in South Australia with no response. How about those receiving these Emails do their job correctly or not at all.

Disjointed management, quick to throw their workers under a bus to sacrifice to the lions and appease the client. Never in my 30 years of mining have I seen such a circus where the contractor is afraid of the client. Very unhappy workforce, too many untruths told to them and double standards are accepted by management.
