I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They definitely care about patient comfort, comfortable waiting room. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I found a spot within a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I think anyone would benefit from seeing them.

Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, it was convenient Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. I wasn't too impressed with their staff. They were decent, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming.

Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

I believe that Dr. Goldin is more interested in making money than treating his patients. You will have to wait for your appointment, Dr. Goldin is trying to squezze as many patients in, so he can maximize as much money for the Day. The Accounting staff at Dr. Goldin's is terrible. The accounting dept. is like 4 months behind on showing your payments. I paid for my appointments each time I was there; and the Bookkeeper will show that she didn't receive my payment. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
