good coffee/atmosphere, and friendly staff
Great drinks, ok food, and consistently understaffed. I wanna love this place but they always have maximum one person working. It takes FOREVER to order and FOREVER to receive your coffee regardless of what time of the day you go.

Comically bad experience. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Ordered a small drip coffee and waited another 5 minutes to be served a less than half full coffee that was lukewarm and burnt (obviously the dregs from the first brew of the day). It was undrinkable. The barista did offer to "top me off" if I came back in 5-10 minutes but at that point I'd already waited 15 minutes and was late for my meeting. ★★☆☆☆ The quality of the products is well curated, and my drink was good. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the products. As a person of color visiting for the first time and from out of town, I was not greeted when I entered and was left standing at the register unsure of the process.
