Not a positive experience. Just warning other sellers/buyers, and the realtor community. Please read contract if you do more forward with her. Also realtor claimed a 3.5% commission when most realtors request 3%. Just beware doing business with Brandy. We had other realtors complain about her lack of communication/availability also, but did not find out until it was too late. Doing business with her is more stressful than positive. Read the negative reviews and believe them.
I regret working with them. It was a waste of time and money. I was told I couldn't buy anything and that I would have to rent. Now I'm a homeowner, and I did it without their help.
